As an Assistant Manager, you’ll support the Store Manager in all aspects of store operations, ensuring high standards of customer service, food quality and team performance. You’ll lead by example, motivate your team and help drive the success of your store.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager in daily operations and deputise in their absence
- Lead, coach, and inspire team members to deliver excellent customer service
- Manage inventory, food safety and store cleanliness in line with company standards
- Monitor and control costs (labour, food, wastage) to maximise profitability
- Assist with recruitment, training and development of team members
- Ensure compliance with health & safety and food safety regulations
- Maintain a positive brand image and uphold Domino’s values
About You
- Previous supervisory or management experience in hospitality, retail or quick service restaurant (QSR) preferred
- Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills
- Customer-focused with a passion for delivering great service
- Able to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Flexible and willing to work evenings, weekends and late nights as required
- Right to work in the UK or Ireland (relevant to store location)

Role Requirements
This role involves periods of standing, lifting, carrying and reaching. You may also work in hot environments (near ovens) and cold environments (walk-in fridges), and occasionally outdoors (e.g. refuse disposal, deliveries).
