Your ContributionBoard Directors play a central role in guiding the club’s direction and ensuring we operate with professionalism, transparency, and ambition. Responsibilities include:
- Helping shape and deliver the club’s long‑term strategy
- Providing governance oversight and ensuring compliance with league and regulatory standards
- Supporting commercial growth, partnerships, and revenue generation
- Championing community engagement and strengthening our supporter experience
- Bringing specialist expertise to key areas such as finance, legal, commercial, operations, HR, marketing, facilities, or safeguarding
- Attending monthly board meetings and contributing to club initiatives throughout the season
