Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Litho Press Operator, located in Banbury, working the night shift. The Litho Press Operator will be responsible for operating litho printing machines (XL 75, both LED UV and Conventional litho), conducting quality control checks, troubleshooting any issues that arise during printing, and preparing pre-press materials. Daily tasks include maintaining and operating the press machines, ensuring print quality, and coordinating with the pre-press team to ensure smooth production processes.
Working 4 night per week, 8pm-6am Monday to Thursday with the opportunity of overtime.
Qualifications
- Experience in Machine Operation and Printing
- Skills in Quality Control and Troubleshooting

- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to work night shifts and manage time effectively
- Previous experience in a printing company is a plus
