As a Kitchen Assistant, you will:

  • Work within a busy central kitchen supporting the chef team with daily food production.
  • Prepare ingredients to specification, including weighing and measuring components accurately.
  • Follow company recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency.
  • Assist with washing up, cleaning down workstations, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
  • Ensure high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and food safety at all times.
  • Pack finished products efficiently and accurately, including labelling where required.
  • Prepare items for dispatch in line with production schedules.
  • Work at pace while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Provide proactive support to the wider kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
