As a Kitchen Assistant, you will:
- Work within a busy central kitchen supporting the chef team with daily food production.
- Prepare ingredients to specification, including weighing and measuring components accurately.
- Follow company recipes and quality standards to ensure consistency.
- Assist with washing up, cleaning down workstations, and maintaining kitchen equipment.
