As a Nursery Room Leader, you will take charge of your designated room, guiding our children\βs early educational experiences and fostering individual growth.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include planning innovative learning activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, supporting and mentoring staff, and ensuring a safe and engaging environment. You will also cultivate strong partnerships with families, keeping them informed and involved in their child\βs learning journey.

Key Requirements
A minimum Level 3 childcare qualification or equivalent.
Experience working in an early years setting, with some previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
A solid understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development principles.
Strong communication skills for building relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
Ability to inspire and lead a team, providing support and guidance to staff.
Commitment to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive environment for children.
