Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team. As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Caring for and supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Working closely with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and development.
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can thrive and flourish.
- Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practices.
- Maintaining and organizing the learning environment and resources.
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities.
Available full-time and part-time schedules:
- 10 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Requirements:
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with children and parents.
- Passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing high-quality care.
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required.
