Join our caring and dynamic team at Banana Moon Day Nurseries as a Nursery Bank Staff member! In this flexible role, you will support our nurseries when needed, ensuring every child receives top-quality care and attention.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
- Assisting in various rooms, adapting to the needs of each group as required.
- Engaging with children through play and activities, supporting their emotional and educational development.
- Helping with mealtimes and ensuring children are safe and comfortable.
- Building positive relationships with children, parents, and the nursery team.
- Maintaining a clean and organized environment in line with health and safety procedures.
- Following and promoting nursery policies and procedures.
This role is ideal for individuals looking for flexibility and the opportunity to gain experience in an energetic, caring environment. Experience working with young children is preferable but not mandatory. A positive, flexible approach with a team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills are essential.
You must be willing to cover various shifts and work on an ad-hoc basis, and complete a DBS check. Basic knowledge of early years development is an advantage.
