Banana Moon Day Nurseries are currently looking for an enthusiastic and qualified Nursery Nurse Level 3 to join our caring and dedicated team. As a Nursery Nurse Level 3, you will be responsible for delivering excellent childcare and early years education, supporting children's learning and development through engaging activities following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Key Responsibilities

  • Creating a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment for children.
  • Planning and delivering stimulating educational activities tailored to individual needs.
  • Observing and recording children’s progress and development.
  • Working closely with parents to provide regular feedback and support.
  • Adhering to safeguarding policies and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
  • Collaborating effectively with team members to ensure a smooth-running nursery.

Requirements

  • Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare.
  • Previous nursery or early years experience preferred.
  • Good understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work flexibly and as part of a team, 30 hours per week.
  • Enhanced DBS check clearance.
