Join Banana Moon Day Nurseries as an Assistant Deputy Manager and be an integral part of our vibrant and caring team dedicated to delivering outstanding early years care and education. In this key leadership role, you will support the Nursery Manager and Deputy Manager in running the nursery, leading the team, and ensuring high standards of care and education for all children.
As Assistant Deputy Manager, you will assist with daily operational management, supervise and mentor staff, and ensure compliance with policies, safeguarding, and regulatory requirements. You will foster a positive and welcoming environment where every child and family feels valued and supported.

- Level 3 Early Years qualification or above.
- Minimum 2 years post-qualification experience in an early years setting.
- At least 1 year experience in a leadership or room leader role.
- Enhanced DBS check.
- Current paediatric first aid and safeguarding training or willingness to obtain.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- A passion for early years education and child development.
