Base Pay Range

Pay will be based on your skills and experience – discuss with recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering age‑appropriate activities that promote learning through play.
• Support children’s social, emotional, and physical development.
• Engage with children and encourage them to express themselves.
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment.
• Work collaboratively with families to foster strong relationships.
• Observe and record children’s progress and contribute to individual development plans.

Requirements

• Strong passion for working with young children and supporting their development.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Previous experience with children is an advantage but not essential.
• Prepared to undergo a DBS check.
