As an Early Years Nursery Apprentice, you will become an integral part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This apprenticeship offers you the chance to learn and apply best practices in nurturing children's growth and development in a stimulating environment.
Key Responsibilities- Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play
- Support children's social, emotional, and physical development
- Engage with children and encourage them to express themselves
- Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
- Work collaboratively with families to foster strong relationships
- Observe and record children's progress and contribute to individual development plans
- A strong passion for working with young children and supporting their development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Previous experience with children is an advantage but not essential
- Must be prepared to undergo a DBS check
