As an Early Years Nursery Apprentice, you will become an integral part of our dedicated team, providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years. This apprenticeship offers you the chance to learn and apply best practices in nurturing children\’s growth and development in a stimulating environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and delivering age-appropriate activities that promote learning through play
• Support children\’s social, emotional, and physical development
• Engage with children and encourage them to express themselves
• Help maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming nursery environment
• Work collaboratively with families to foster strong relationships
• Observe and record children\’s progress and contribute to individual development plans

Requirements

• A strong passion for working with young children and supporting their development
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Willingness to learn and take initiative
• Previous experience with children is an advantage but not essential
• Must be prepared to undergo a DBS check
