To ensure the preparation of a balanced, healthy nutritious and tasty diet for children, following the specifications set in Banana Moon seasonal recipes. The Nursery Cook adheres to the policies and procedures of Banana Moon Day Nursery and complies with the Environmental Health Food Safety, Health and Safety guidelines to contribute towards ensuring highest possible Regulatory Inspection grading. To prepare fresh meals and snacks on a rotational menu and to ensure that allergy management systems are in place.
