Banana Moon Day Nursery in Hounslow is seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader / Early Years Professional to lead our Preschool Room.
As a Room Leader / Early Years Professional, you will be responsible for planning and delivering high-quality early education and care, leading your team with enthusiasm, and collaborating with parents to support each child's individual needs.
Salary: Β£30,000 - Β£33,000 depending on experience
Requirements
- Lead the room team to deliver exceptional care and early years education
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate activities
- Promote the well-being and safety of all children in the room
- Build positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues
- Support and mentor team members for continuous professional growth
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory and nursery standards
- Early Years Professional status or equivalent Level 6 qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Comprehensive understanding of early childhood development and safeguarding
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and foster a positive team environment
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and best practice
