Banana Moon Harbury is a small family run nursery in the village of Harbury, Warwickshire. We pride ourselves on seeing everything from the parents' point of view. We are looking for individuals who have a caring and sensitive nature to cater for the children's needs and help to develop them through play. You must be ready to be silly; be able to be a superhero on request; know how to create a dinosaur out of junk and ultimately be prepared to have a lot of fun and laughter.
The apprenticeship scheme means you work at the nursery earning a salary; gain experience whilst completing your qualification and ultimately have a permanent position at the end. You are supported by a tutor visiting the setting throughout the apprenticeship which takes around 13‑15 months to complete.
Requirements:- Experience useful but not necessary.
- Enthusiasm and passion to work with children, get mucky and have lots of fun are absolutely essential.
- All successful applicants will be subject to a full DBS check and references.
- Be able to commute to Harbury.
- Ideally full time (40 hours over 4 or 5 days) but will consider 30+ hours.
