Your primary focus will be on supporting the development and well-being of children in our care, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn.

Key responsibilities:

Provide high-quality care and education in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and our own curriculum.Plan and implement engaging and age-appropriate activities that promote learning and developmentObserve, assess and record children\’s progress, sharing insights with parents and colleaguesCreate a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all childrenWork collaboratively with your team to ensure the smooth running of the nurseryUphold nursery policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with safeguarding regulations

Requirements

Qualifications and skills required:

Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare is desired.Experience working in a nursery or early years settingSound knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)Excellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work effectively as part of a team and independentlyEnhanced DBS check clearance is required
