Early Years Professional/Nursery Practitioner – Brand New Nursery Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our upcoming nursery opening in July 2025. Your main role will be to support the development and well-being of children, ensuring they feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Key responsibilities: Provide high-quality care and education following the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework and our curriculum. Plan and implement engaging, age-appropriate activities that promote learning and development. Observe, assess, and record children\’s progress, sharing insights with parents and colleagues. Create a warm, welcoming, and safe environment for all children. Collaborate with your team to ensure smooth nursery operations. Uphold nursery policies and procedures, ensuring safeguarding compliance. Requirements: Level 2/3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare (desired). Experience working in a nursery or early years setting. Strong knowledge of the EYFS. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
