Overview
Banana Moon Mirfield is on the lookout for a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Professional to join our nurturing team. As an Early Years Professional, you will play a pivotal role in helping children flourish during their first years by providing high-quality care and education in a fun and engaging environment. As an early years employee you will benefit from Banana Moon brand training and a programme of continuous professional development supported by our Franchise support team.
Job Purpose
To ensure a high quality, balanced provision of leading practice education and care is delivered; creating a safe, caring and welcoming setting in which parents are happy to entrust their child and where their child is encouraged and supported to flourish in an enabling and stimulating environment. To adhere to Banana Moon policies and procedures and meet legislative requirements and following The Banana Moon Early Learning Development Programme, delivering standards which ensure highest possible inspection grading.
Requirements
- Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working in an early years setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
- Passion for nurturing children\’s development and learning
- Current DBS check
- Engaging and creative approach to facilitating child-led activities
