Key Responsibilities

• Create engaging educational activities that foster children\’s development
• Monitor, assess, and record children\’s progress and development
• Support the planning and preparation of the learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children, parents, and other staff members
• Understand and implement safeguarding and health and safety policies

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
• Experience working with children in an early years setting
• Knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Strong observational and assessment skills
• Enhanced DBS check and first aid certification preferred
