Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Room Leader to join our team, offering competitive pay at Β£14.50 per hour. As the Deputy Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Room Leader in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 2-3 years old.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the Room Leader in planning and facilitating engaging, educational activities that foster development
- Support and supervise nursery staff, helping to enhance their practice and confidence
- Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment in line with health and safety standards
- Build strong connections with children and families, ensuring effective communication and support
- Step in for the Room Leader when needed, ensuring seamless continuity of care
- Participate in observations and assessments of children's progress and development
