Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioners/Nursery Nurses at Level 3 to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment committed to providing exceptional care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework
- Providing a warm, caring, and safe environment for children
- Working collaboratively with the nursery team and supporting children's individual development
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers to share progress and support children's needs
Available Working Patterns
- Full-time
- Flexible hours including day shifts, 8 or 10 hour shifts Monday to Friday working pattern, with occasional overtime
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education (or equivalent)
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one
- Paediatric first aid qualification is preferred, or willingness to complete one
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
