Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking passionate and dedicated Level 3 Nursery Practitioners to join our vibrant team.
As a Nursery Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for the children in our care.
Key responsibilities
- Planning and delivering engaging educational activities in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS)
- Caring for and supervising children at all times to ensure their safety and well‑being
- Working closely with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and development
- Creating a warm and inviting atmosphere where children can thrive and flourish
- Collaborating with colleagues to share ideas and best practices
- Maintaining and organizing the learning environment and resources
- Participating in training and professional development opportunities
- Available full‑time and part‑time schedules
- 10‑hour shift
- 8‑hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
Requirements
- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting
- Strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) requirements
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build relationships with children and parents
- Passion for early childhood education and dedication to providing high‑quality care
- Flexibility to work various shifts as required
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
