Banana Moon Day Nurseries is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team.
As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high‑quality care and education to children aged 0‑5 years old in our nursery.

Our team of practitioners are committed to providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere where children feel supported and encouraged in their early years journey.
As an Early Years Practitioner, your responsibilities will include planning and implementing activities that support children’s individual needs and interests, promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
You will also be responsible for providing personal care and ensuring the health and safety of each child.
We value ongoing professional development and provide training opportunities to support your growth and career progression.
You will have the chance to work collaboratively with a team of experienced practitioners who are passionate about early years education.
Our nursery operates from Monday to Friday, with flexible working hours to support work‑life balance.

Requirements
- To be considered for the Early Years Practitioner role, you should have:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo one
- Experience in working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to use your own initiative when required
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and professional development
