This is not a classroom-only training role. You'll work directly with nursery leaders and teams, delivering face‑to‑face, virtual, and on‑site training that responds to real operational and development needs. Responsibilities

  • Translate identified compliance gaps, themes, and trends into practical learning interventions
  • Support the rollout and ongoing delivery of the Banana Moon Early Learning Development Programme (ELDP), curriculum initiatives, and future learning frameworks
  • Lead induction and onboarding support for new nursery managers in partnership with franchisees
  • Coach nursery leaders and teams through on‑site visits, virtual sessions, and follow‑up support
  • Create practical training materials, guides, resources, and learning tools
  • Monitor training attendance, engagement, and effectiveness, providing additional coaching where needed
  • Partner closely with the Compliance team to address recurring risks and network‑wide development priorities
  • Support nursery teams with regulatory inspection readiness where required
  • Stay current with Early Years developments, regulatory expectations, and adult learning best practice

Qualifications

Essential

  • A recognised Level 3 or above Early Years qualification
  • A recognised qualification to deliver adult learning, such as the Level 3 Award in Education and Training (AET) or an equivalent training or teaching qualification
  • Specific experience designing and delivering training to adults in a professional setting
  • Strong, current knowledge of the EYFS and Early Years regulatory expectations
  • Experience delivering engaging face‑to‑face and virtual learning
  • The confidence to coach, challenge, and support nursery leaders and teams
  • Strong facilitation, communication, and presentation skills
  • The ability to translate complex information into practical, easy‑to‑use learning
  • A full UK driving licence and willingness to travel regularly to nursery locations

You’ll Stand Out If You Have:

  • Experience delivering accredited or formally assessed training
  • Experience supporting multiple nursery locations or a multi‑site Early Years organisation
  • Experience developing learning materials or structured training programmes
  • Previous involvement in nursery improvement or regulatory inspection readiness

Benefits

  • Competitive salary – in line with experience and market rate
  • 28 days annual leave including Bank Holidays
  • Auto‑enrolment pension scheme
  • Childcare fee discount at Banana Moon and TLE centres
