About The Role: We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Nursery Manager to lead our nursery over 4 days per week. You will be responsible for the overall running of the nursery, ensuring high standards of care, education, and compliance with EYFS and regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing nursery team
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring the highest standards of care and safety
- Drive continuous improvement and maintain our Outstanding Ofsted standards
- Build strong partnerships with parents, staff, and the local community
- Manage budgets, occupancy, and staffing efficiently
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 3 in Childcare (Level 5 or higher desirable)
- Proven leadership experience in an early years setting
- Strong understanding of the EYFS and Ofsted requirements
- Excellent communication, organisational, and people management skills
- A positive, proactive approach and a genuine passion for children's development
