In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care and education to children aged 0‑5 years, fostering their development through play and learning.

Your primary focus will be to create a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment where children can thrive.

You'll engage children in fun activities, encourage their curiosity, and help them develop essential skills for their future learning journeys.

Requirements

  • A full and relevant Level 2 or 3 qualification in Early Years Education or Childcare
  • Experience working with children in a nursery or educational setting is preferred but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Passion for supporting children's development and learning
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • Current Enhanced DBS check or willingness to obtain one
