Banana Moon Day Nurseries is seeking a passionate and dedicated Deputy Room Leader to join our team, offering competitive pay at £14.50 per hour. As the Deputy Room Leader, you will play a key role in supporting the Room Leader in providing high-quality care and education for children aged 2-3 years old. Your responsibilities will include creating a safe and nurturing environment that meets the individual needs of children, as well as fostering positive relationships with parents and caregivers. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist the Room Leader in planning and facilitating engaging, educational activities that foster development.
  • Support and supervise nursery staff, helping to enhance their practice and confidence.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating environment in line with health and safety standards.
