Banana Moon Day Nurseries is looking for passionate and qualified Early Years Nursery Practitioners/Nursery Nurses at Level 3 to join our dedicated team. This role offers the opportunity to work within a supportive environment committed to providing exceptional care and education to young children.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Providing a warm, caring, and safe environment for children.
- Working collaboratively with the nursery team and supporting children’s individual development.
- Building strong relationships with parents and carers to share progress and support children's needs.
Available working patterns:
- Full-time Flexible hours including day shifts, 8 or 10 hour shifts.
- Monday to Friday working pattern, with occasional overtime.
Requirements
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years Care and Education (or equivalent).
- Experience working within a nursery or early years setting.
- Understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Enhanced DBS clearance or willingness to obtain one.
- Paediatric first aid qualification is preferred, or willingness to complete one.
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
