Your responsibilities will include planning and implementing the EYFS curriculum, fostering children's individual development, and ensuring that our nursery remains compliant with both internal policies and external regulations. As a Nursery Room Leader, you will develop strong relationships with parents and caregivers, ensuring they are actively involved in their child's learning journey. Requirements:- A minimum Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education.
- Previous experience working with young children in a nursery setting, with leadership or supervisory experience preferred.

- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues.
