Your key responsibilities include planning exciting activities aligned with Banana Moon\’s very own curriculum, the Early Learning and Development Programme. You will be confident at mentoring and supporting your team, and ensuring the highest standards of care and education. You will also work closely with parents and guardians, building strong partnerships that enhance the child\’s learning journey.

Requirements

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• A minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
• Experience in a childcare setting, particularly in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proficient understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively engage with children, families, and colleagues.
• A natural ability to inspire and lead a team, fostering a collaborative environment.
• Commitment to providing a safe and nurturing environment for all children.
• Passion for enhancing children\’s learning via play-based approaches.
• Organizational skills with the ability to manage time and resources efficiently.
