Banana Moon Day Nurseries is excited to announce an opening for a Baby Moon Room Leader at our vibrant nursery. In this role, you will take charge of our nursery's baby room, leading a dedicated team in providing excellent care and nurturing for infants aged 0-24 months. Your mission is to ensure a safe, engaging, and supportive environment where babies can thrive. You will be responsible for overseeing daily operations in the baby room, planning developmentally appropriate activities, and ensuring the highest standards of care are met.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the Baby Moon team, ensuring effective communication and collaboration.
- Create and implement engaging activities tailored to the developmental needs of infants.
- Monitor the wellbeing and development of each child, maintaining thorough observations and documentation.
- Build strong relationships with parents, communicating regularly about their child's progress and experiences.
- Maintain a safe, clean, and inviting environment that meets health and safety regulations.
- Work with nursery management to uphold policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- Minimum Level 3 qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- Proven experience working with infants in a nursery setting.
