Banana Moon Day in Hounslow are seeking a dedicated and experienced Room Leader to join our newly established nurseries team. As a Room Leader, you will play a pivotal role in creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in your care. You will lead and support your team to deliver high-quality education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework, ensuring that each child's individual needs are met and their development is supported through inspiring play and learning activities.
Responsibilities
