Banana Moon Day Nurseries invites dedicated individuals to join our thriving team as a Level 3 Professional/Nursery Practitioner. We are committed to providing exceptional care and education for young children, and we believe in nurturing their potential through play-based learning in a supportive environment.
Your role will include:
- Planning, delivering, and evaluating engaging educational activities in accordance with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.
- Building strong relationships with children, parents, and colleagues, creating a welcoming and inclusive atmosphere.
- Observing and documenting children’s progress, communicating openly with parents about their child\\\’s development.
- Maintaining a safe and clean environment, adhering to health and safety standards.
- Collaborating with a passionate team to foster a positive and enriching nursery experience.
- Participating actively in professional development and training opportunities, keeping up to date with best practices.
Qualifications
- A full and relevant Level 3 qualification in Early Years Education or equivalent.
- Experience working in a nursery or early years setting.
- In-depth knowledge of the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) and child development.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
- Enhanced DBS check clearance.
- Paediatric first aid certification (12 hours).
