Banana Moon Day Nurseries is currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner to join our team. As an Early Years Practitioner, you will play a key role in providing high-quality care and education to children aged 0-5 years old in our nursery. At Banana Moon, we believe in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment where children can learn, grow, and develop to their full potential. Our team of practitioners are committed to providing a safe and welcoming atmosphere where children feel supported and encouraged in their early years journey.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Planning and implementing activities that support children's individual needs and interests.
- Promoting their physical, emotional, and cognitive development.
- Providing personal care and ensuring the health and safety of each child.

To be considered for the Early Years Practitioner role, you should have:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
- A valid Enhanced DBS check or be willing to undergo one.
- Experience in working with young children in a nursery or childcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- A genuine passion for working with children and supporting their development.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team and to use your own initiative when required.
- A proactive and positive attitude towards learning and professional development.
