Banana Moon Day Nursery Barnstaple is seeking a dedicated and passionate Room Leader to join our dynamic team. As a Room Leader, you will be instrumental in creating a nurturing and stimulating environment for our children, ensuring they thrive both emotionally and intellectually.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a designated room, ensuring the delivery of high-quality care and education in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Work collaboratively with your team to plan and implement engaging learning activities that cater to individual children's needs, interests, and developmental stages.
- Observe and assess children's progress, and maintain accurate records to provide feedback to parents and support their child's development.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and staff, ensuring effective communication and support.

Requirements:
