ABOUT THE ROLE
The Bamford Collection is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Product Coordinator to join our Homeware team.
You will support the Head of Home and Product Leads with all aspects of product development and launches, helping bring our luxury home collections to life. This is an exciting opportunity to join the team at a pivotal time, as we plan and roll out new product launches across both of our Bamford brands.
You’ll be part of a supportive, creative team, working in a company that values people, innovation, and purpose. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your skills, work on inspiring homeware collections, and be part of a brand that’s setting new standards in luxury lifestyle and retail.
This role is full time, 40 hours per week and 5 days in the office in South Kensington, London.
Salary £28,000 – £32,000 per annum dependant on experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide end-to-end support to the Home Product team with building and maintaining product database.
- Sku creation and New Product PO creation. Chasing in orders and supplier communication, and the timely placement and processing of purchase orders across the globe.
- Database Maintenance and set up of skus when required. Manage and maintain departmental critical paths, shipping trackers, and product trackers, ensuring accurate monitoring of deliveries, customs clearance, and port-to-warehouse logistics.
- Manage and organise samples, approval documentation, proformas, and order confirmations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and easily accessible.
- Competitive analysis to ensure we capture what is happening in the market.

SKILLS YOU WILL BRING
- Previous experience in a buying, product development, or merchandising support role (homeware, interiors, lifestyle, or fashion desirable).
- Experience liaising with suppliers, tracking samples, and supporting product development processes.
- Understanding of product lifecycle management, from concept through to launch.
- Exposure to retail or e-commerce environments preferred.
- A genuine interest in homeware, interiors, and design trends.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling product data, samples, and specifications.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, designers, and internal teams.
- A creative eye for design, trends, and styling in homeware products.
- Commercial awareness and an understanding of what appeals to customers in the luxury/lifestyle retail space.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); Adobe Creative Suite would be an advantage.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
