  • Help Production Teams close out audit actions, stay up to date with food safety training, and deliver technical induction training for new starters.
  • Manage the laboratory sampling schedule, collate results for Production and Hospitality, and oversee pest control and chemical contractor reports, ensuring timely completion of actions.
  • Support investigations into customer complaints, non‑conformances, and microbiological out‑of‑spec results, analysing trends and identifying areas for improvement.
