ABOUT THE ROLE
As our team continues to grow, we’re on the lookout for a passionate Bartender to join us and help elevate our drinks offering. You will be a core member of delivering our bespoke range of handcrafted, artisanal cocktails - made with the freshest, seasonal ingredients to our guests, particularly in our stunning beer garden – a favourite spot for locals and visitors alike. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a calm, guest-focused environment and enjoys creating memorable experiences through warm hospitality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Crafting and serving a wide range of beverages, from classic cocktails to local ales and seasonal specials.
- Bringing creativity and flair to our drinks menu, with opportunities to suggest new ideas and seasonal offerings.
- Creating memorable guest experiences through friendly, attentive service.
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar area.
- Supporting the team during busy service periods and contributing to a positive working environment.
SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS
- Proven experience as a bartender or mixologist in a fast‑paced hospitality setting.
- A genuine passion for drinks, hospitality, and customer service.
- Strong knowledge of spirits, wines, and cocktail techniques.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- A proactive attitude and the ability to thrive in a dynamic environment.

*The on target earning potential for this role is £33,469.20 per annum based on a 45-hour contract - comprising a base salary of £28,969.20, plus a qualified estimate of £4,500 in gratuities and service charge. Please note this role is paid hourly so this is a projected salary and OTE.
About gratuities & service charge: Gratuities are paid on a pro‑rata basis. It is estimated that in 2026, our full‑time employees can expect to receive in the range of £4,500 in addition to their annual salary.
