You will be working as part of a small team on a shift system basis . The role involves the setting and operating of various cnc machinery working to engineering drawings.

Willing to rotate days and nights Nights may not be required.
Responsibilities

Ensuring the machine is set correctly as per the documentation.

Carry out preventative maintenance on the machines as per the documents provided.

Enforce company policies and disciplinary processes, working with the team on creating a high-performance culture

Identify, communicate and escalate any equipment that requires urgent maintenance or safety /quality related issues.

Comply with all safe working procedures, practices, rules, regulations and instructions given by management.

Comply with all applicable HS&E environmental regulations.
-
Ensure that the highest level of housekeeping standards is always maintained within the designated production area and across the site.
