Warehouse & Production Operatives – Rochdale PLEASE NOTE – APPLICATIONS ARE BEING TAKEN BY CV ONLY Temp-to-Perm Opportunities Immediate Starts Available Our large manufacturing client based in Rochdale is looking for experienced Warehouse & Production Operatives to join their growing team on a temp-to-perm basis. Following a full site induction, immediate starts are available for successful candidates. Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour Working Hours: Rotating shifts : 6:00am – 2:00pm 2:00pm – 10:00pmJob Role Working as part of a busy warehouse and production team, your duties will include: Warehouse Duties Picking and packing products accurately to customer orders Loading and unloading deliveries Moving stock and materials throughout the warehouse and production areas Preparing goods for dispatch Stock replenishment and stock control duties Maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment Production Duties Operating production machinery and equipment in line with training provided Assembling products and components to required specifications Quality checking finished products to ensure company standards are met Packing finished goods ready for distribution Assisting with machine changeovers and production line setup Following strict health, safety and hygiene procedures at all times Candidate Requirements Previous experience within a warehouse, manufacturing or production environment is preferred Experience operating machinery or working on production lines would be advantageous Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to work effectively as part of a team Reliable, punctual and able to work rotating shifts Positive attitude and willingness to learn new skills This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established manufacturing business that offers long-term prospects, ongoing training and the opportunity to secure a permanent position.
