Job Type: Monday to Friday 9am – 4pm

Contract Type: Permanent

Salary: £25,000 p/a (£16 per hour). OTE of £40,000 p/a (Generous commission structure in place)

On behalf of our client in Rochdale, we're looking for an enthusiastic and driven Sales Executives to join their busy sales team.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contacting businesses by telephone to introduce our clients products.
  • Generating new business and developing your own pipeline of prospects.
  • Managing the sales process from initial contact through to closing the sale.
  • Building strong relationships with clients and delivering excellent customer service.
  • Working towards and exceeding individual sales targets.
  • Collaborating with the wider sales team and sharing successful sales techniques.

What Our Client Is Looking For:

  • At least 2 years' sales experience (telesales experience is highly desirable).
  • A confident and professional telephone manner.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own workload.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.
  • A positive, target-driven attitude with a genuine desire to succeed.
  • A team player who enjoys contributing to a supportive and successful working environment.
