Refuse Loader – Temporary Position
Location: Heywood
Hours: Full-Time, Tuesday to Friday, 6:45am – 4:00pm
Pay Rate: £12.85 per hour
Induction Date: Wednesday 16th July at 8am

Our client is looking for temporary team members to join their busy refuse loader team in Heywood.
We are currently seeking enthusiastic and dependable individuals for Refuse Loader roles. This is a physically active, outdoor position, working as part of a small team under the supervision of a driver to complete scheduled waste collection rounds.
Refuse Loader Key Responsibilities:
Collect refuse and recycling bins from designated properties and collection points
Transport bins to the refuse vehicle for emptying
Ensure all bins are returned correctly and that no collections are missed
Maintain a safe and efficient working environment
Refuse Loader Requirements:
No formal qualifications required
Must be physically fit and able to walk or run alongside collection vehicles and lift bins
Must provide own steel-toe capped safety shoes
Previous experience in a lifting, loading, or manual labour role preferred
Work references must be provided
Must be available for induction on Wednesday 16th July and able to start immediately
Full training and health & safety guidance will be provided.
