Hours: Part Time 3 days per week, 8:30am 5:00pm. Additional days may be required depending on workload.

We are currently seeking a reliable and experienced Handyman/Property Maintenance to join our client, a leading Build to Rent residential accommodation provider based in Rochdale. This is a part-time position offering competitive pay and ongoing work.
The successful candidate will carry out a wide range of general maintenance and repair duties, including:
- Inspecting rooms and communal areas and reporting maintenance issues that cannot be fixed by yourself
- Preparing rooms and apartments for new tenants
- General handyman and reactive maintenance tasks
- Repairing toilet leaks, tap leaks, and minor plumbing issues
- Repairing and replacing shower heads
- Basic joinery, including undercutting doors and assembling furniture
- Silicone sealing in bathrooms and kitchens
- Basic Electrical Work
- Changing sockets and switches
- Fault finding and carrying out basic repairs
- Completing flush downs
- Moving furniture, including beds, mattresses, and other items
- Accurately reporting defects in a timely manner
- Supporting the wider maintenance team as required
Property Maintenance Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Handyman or Maintenance worker
