Hourly Rate: £12.65
Location: Rochdale
Working Hours:
Mon – Wed: 8:00am – 4:30pm
Thursday: 8:00am – 5:00pm
Friday: 7:00am – 3:00pm

We’re currently recruiting Assembly & Production Operatives to join a forward-thinking and progressive manufacturing business based in Rochdale. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a company that truly invests in its people and infrastructure.
Whether you\’re looking to build on your existing skills or start a new path in composite manufacturing, full training will be provided – making this a great step for individuals from production, manufacturing, or even painting/decorating backgrounds.
What You\’ll Be Doing:
Preparing, cleaning, and stripping moulds
Applying gel coatings
Preparing fibre materials
Handling both woven and non-woven materials
Laminating products using resin and fibreglass
Supporting other areas of the factory as required
What We’re Looking For:
Experience within in a production or manufacturing role
Experience in painting/decorating also considered
Strong attention to detail and pride in your work
A proactive, reliable, and hard-working attitude
Good physical fitness
