Job Role: Experienced Wet Paint Sprayer
Location: Rochdale
Shift Pattern – Monday to Thursday 8am – 5pm & Friday 8am – 1pm – Applicants may be asked to do rotating 6am – 2pm & 2pm -10pm shifts at a later stage. Please ensure you can commit to these shifts before applying for the role.

We are currently seeking a highly experienced Wet Paint Sprayer for an ongoing temporary assignment on behalf of our engineering client in the Rochdale area. If you have experience in industrial paint spraying and thrive in a fast‑paced, high‑quality production environment, we would love to hear from you.

Hourly Rate: £13.15 per hour

Experienced Wet Paint Sprayer Key Responsibilities

• Apply wet paint finishes using airless, air‑assisted, and HVLP systems.
• Work with primer and gloss paints (2‑pack system).
• Maintain high attention to detail and consistently meet exacting specifications and standards.
• Ensure all work is completed to a high standard within strict deadlines.
• Collaborate with a team in a fast‑paced production setting.

Essential Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Wet Paint Sprayer in an industrial setting.
• Expertise in using a variety of spraying systems and working with 2‑pack paints.
• Strong understanding of quality control and the ability to meet demanding production deadlines.
• A keen eye for detail and commitment to delivering exceptional results.

Additional Information

• Immediate start available for the right candidate pending a paint test onsite.
• A paint spraying test will be required prior to commencement of work on site.
