We are looking for an experiencedPainter & Decorator to carry out works withinsocial housing tenanted properties.

Painter & Decorator Duties include:
- Full internal decoration
- Painting (walls, ceilings, woodwork)
- Filling holes and making good
- Skimming where required
- General preparation and finishing to a high standard

Painter & Decorator Requirements:
- Proven experience working insocial housing / tenanted properties
- Ability to work neatly and respectfully in occupied homes
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Own tools essential
