Whether you’ve worked in labouring, construction, warehousing, manufacturing, mechanics — or you’re just a motivated, reliable individual who’s keen to learn — we want to hear from you! We\’re currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established client based in the heart of Rochdale. If you’ve got experience in a manual trade or you\’re simply hardworking and eager to get stuck in, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. What’s on Offer? A secure and stable role with a reputable local company Weekly pay at a competitive £12.24 per hour Holiday pay Free on-site parking No weekend working Plenty of overtime opportunities once you’re trained Real potential for career progression What You’ll Be Doing: You’ll be involved in a variety of production tasks, including: Machine operating Sanding, grinding, trimming, bonding Supporting other general manufacturing duties as needed Shifts: The team works on a rotating shift pattern (6am–2pm, 8am–5pm, and 2pm–10pm), giving you a bit of flexibility throughout the week.
