Rate of Pay: Β£13.50 β Β£15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
Hours: Monday β Thursday, 8:00am β 5:00pm; Friday, 8:00am β 2:00pm

Overview: On behalf of our client based in Rochdale, we are currently seeking an experienced Manufacturing Administrator to join their growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated individual to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment with the potential for long-term employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls with suppliers and customers
- Manage and update Excel spreadsheets
- Procure materials required for production
- Oversee stock replenishment and perform light warehouse duties when necessary
- Match and process invoices using the company's in-house systems
- Support the Production Manager with administrative tasks (e.g., booking vehicle MOTs, scheduling machine servicing)
- Maintain weekly administrative reports and spreadsheets
- Perform additional administrative duties as requested by the Office Manager
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 yearsβ experience in a similar administrative role
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing environments is essential
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Highly organised with excellent communication skills
- Immediate availability preferred
- A current and up-to-date CV
