Production & Assembly Operative’s – Temp to Perm – Immediate Start
Location: Rochdale
Pay Rate: £12.74 per hour
Contract: Temporary to Permanent
Shift Pattern:
- Monday to Friday (Rotating Shifts)
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Occasional 8:00am – 5:00pm shifts
About the Role
We are looking for Production & Manufacturing Operatives to join a busy manufacturing site in Rochdale. This is a hands-on role involving assembly, product preparation, finishing work, and supporting production processes. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with manufacturing or production experience who is looking for a long-term role with the potential to secure a permanent position.
Key Duties
- Assemble and bond components to manufacturing specifications
- Prepare materials through sanding, finishing, and quality checks
- Support production lines to meet daily targets
- Carry out general production and factory duties
- Follow all health & safety and quality procedures
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organised work area
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, or similar roles
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Reliable, punctual, and hardworking attitude
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Flexible to work rotating shifts
- Must be able to attend a site induction prior to starting work
