We are currently recruiting experienced Groundworkers, Construction Labourers, and Plant Operators with active CTC or EL1 Security Clearance for work on live operational prison construction sites across Greater Manchester. This is an excellent opportunity for operatives who already hold the required security clearance and have experience working on high-security or regulated construction environments. Due to the nature of the work, candidates must be comfortable working within strictly controlled secure environments and following site security procedures at all times.
Pay & Working Hours
- £18 – £22 per hour (depending on role, experience and tickets)
- Monday – Friday
- 7:30am – 4:30pm
- Ongoing work available for the right candidates
Roles Available
- Groundworkers – drainage, ducting, kerbing, concrete works, trenching
- Construction Labourers – site support, materials handling, general site duties
- Plant Operators – operating plant machinery in line with CPCS / NPORS certification
Essential Requirements
- Valid CTC or EL1 Security Clearance (essential)
- Valid CSCS / CPCS / NPORS card depending on role
- Previous construction site experience in your trade
- Ability to work in live operational environments with strict security protocols
- Strong understanding of health & safety on construction sites
Important: Due to the nature of the project, applicants must already hold active CTC or EL1 clearance. Applications without this clearance will not be considered.
Location
Projects are located across Greater Manchester, with work on secure Ministry of Justice / prison construction sites.
