Our manufacturing client based in Littleborough is looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their busy team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Production or manufacturing experience is essential for this role.
The Role
- Monitoring and operating machinery.
- Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards.
- Packing finished products.
- Following production and health & safety procedures.
- Working as part of a busy manufacturing team.
- Regular manual handling and lifting of products weighing approximately 7–20kg per pack.
What We're Looking For
- Previous production or manufacturing experience – essential.
- Reliable and hardworking with good attendance and timekeeping.
- Good attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
- Physically capable of regular lifting and manual handling.
Hours & Pay
- Monday to Thursday Fixed day shift £13.45 per hour 7am - 7pm
- 48 hours a week - 2 x half hour breaks per day (unpaid)
- Temporary to permanent opportunity
- Immediate starts available
