Our manufacturing client based in Littleborough is looking for an experienced Production Operative to join their busy team on a temporary-to-permanent basis. Production or manufacturing experience is essential for this role.

The Role

  • Monitoring and operating machinery.
  • Checking products to ensure they meet quality standards.
  • Packing finished products.
  • Following production and health & safety procedures.
  • Working as part of a busy manufacturing team.
  • Regular manual handling and lifting of products weighing approximately 7–20kg per pack.

What We're Looking For

  • Previous production or manufacturing experience – essential.
  • Reliable and hardworking with good attendance and timekeeping.
  • Good attention to detail.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
  • Physically capable of regular lifting and manual handling.

Hours & Pay

  • Monday to Thursday Fixed day shift £13.45 per hour 7am - 7pm
  • 48 hours a week - 2 x half hour breaks per day (unpaid)
  • Temporary to permanent opportunity
  • Immediate starts available
